Our founding team first met while pursuing advanced research at MIT, working on topics such as reinforcement learning, large language models, and autonomous systems.
While building physical systems, we encountered a consistent barrier: regulations and legal requirements were becoming a major bottleneck. What should have accelerated progress—rules that keep products safe and markets fair—too often slowed innovation to a crawl. Tracking, interpreting, and applying these complex requirements was manual, fragmented, and overwhelming.
Daptic was founded to solve this challenge: combining AI and human expertise to make regulatory intelligence faster, clearer, and more actionable—so innovation doesn’t have to wait.
